Walmart Pharmacy

I contacted the pharmacy to transfer a prescription to walmart and the woman named Sadie who answered the phone was horribly rude and impatient. She spoke over me and interrupted me throughout the conversation. She spoke in a harsh and cruel tone. She became angry every time I had a question and seemed to try to get me off the phone as quickly as possible! I have never had such a horrible experience at a pharmacy in my entire life!

The pharmacists and pharmacy assistants are always so nice to us. They are friendly and helpful and always try to answer my questions to the best of their ability! Thanks so much for your courteous, compassionate, and professional services.

I don't know who the other people worked with but I've have great experiences at this pharmacy, they have gone above and beyond to help me refill prescriptions, and gave me multiple options to pay, they have helped me when I was short on my copay, and helped fill a prescription by contacting my Dr on a weekend. The staff has been very helpful. There was one pharmacist that was rude but she didn't last long with in two weeks she was gone.

The pharmacy technician was rude and Unprofessional. Just because I am not 100% sure what my dogs date of birth to pick up a script is not a reason to get frustrated with me.
