since I’ve had my pellet stove, I have purchased here. I went the other day to buy a pallet of pellets and pay in full. Unfortunately I do not have a trailer and was going to pick up half the pallet and return later or the next day to pick up the rest. I was told They do not do that. So I buy half now and then return and go inside and purchase the other half? Makes no sense to me. Either allow it and put a stipulation where it must be picked up the same day or next and then the purchaser would forfeit the pellets. I am currently looking to purchase elsewhere. I do not want to purchase at a “big box” store and rather support a local family business. Disappointed.

The phone isn't answered much, but they call you back and do an amazing job. The service by Doug and communication from Melissa was outstanding!!! Definitely would recommend!
Went to Byler’s for the first time. At first it’s a little overwhelming. Aisles of hard to find foods, spices and oils at a very reasonable price. We had subs made in the Deli, swear they weighed two pounds each. Found food items not available in my area. It’s worth just roaming the aisles and finding new and unusual foods to try. There room for horses and buggies. Nice to see the horses grazing while their owners are shopping.
This Amish grocery store is really a great place, good service. There's lots of nice decor and kitchen supplies, not to mention great home made ice cream. You get your money's worth. Well worth a trip!
