omggg the ice cream here is actually so good!!! my favorite is the oreo crepe one, and everyone is so friendly and helpful. i go here at least three or four times a week i cannot get enough! 10/10 would recommend
The ice cream tasted ok but the waffle cones weren’t sized to the cups they were meant for. They barely held any ice cream. I ended up dumping everything into another bowl.nnI ordered ice cream sandwiches as well. They were good but way overpriced.nnNot much value for your money at Cold Stone.
The stone is warm, ice cream mix was soupy because stone not cold enough. Waffle cone was not completely closed. Ice cream in paper liner, not in cone.
I ordered online for 8:15 and got there at 8:10...nMy order was their largest (gotta have it) banana caramel crunch in a plain waffle bowl.nI called at 8:14 to say I was there and was told it would be brought out when ready.n8:30 it arrives. It was hardly a pint of ice cream and no waffle bowl. Incall and return to get the bowl...$9 for a piint of ice cream!!!nnNever Again!!
I guess there is a new owner and he was not very nice. He refused to honor a rewards card from the previous owner and we noticed that he was not very nice to his employee that was working with him.
