I had the pleasure of working with Ashley at Milford store purchasing mattresses and box springs for my grandsons. She helped us pick out appropriate in stock merchandise. Great, pleasant, professional attitude.nTim salesperson, also in Milford helped us with a long distance purchase of mattress and box spring for our guest room. Have to rate our experience as superior. He solved a back order issue, helped us purchase a mattress/box spring in stock. It can be a bit stressful when shopping for a new mattress. We looked in at least 5 different mattress stores before calling Mattress Warehouse in Milford, Delaware to see what sales they had on the mattress we had in mind. Ashley answered the phone and was so knowledgeable, kind and pleasant. She did a quick search and by far gave us the BEST deal! Needless to say we were in the store that same day for the purchase. She was very patient and understanding of our needs and concerns. She went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and even stayed a bit late to fill out the paperwork. We walked out very happy customers! I just wanted to leave this review because if anyone is deserving of recognition in this very competitive industry, it’s Ashley at Mattress Warehouse in Milford, Delaware!

Ashley was probably one of the best sales reps I have EVER dealt with!! She was so knowledgeable, sweet, trusting, and patient. I recommend everyone go see Ashley at the Mattress Warehouse in Milford DE. I had gone to 3 other place before stopping in that store, and it was by far the best experience ever!! She helped me feel comfortable in my decision and helped over come all the objections I had. THANK YOU SO MUCH ASHLEY!!!
Ashley was so nice and helpful. Went in store saw what I wanted and got it the paper work took the longest . I am thinking to get another bed for the third floor and I will definitely buy from this store
