So unprofessional! The customer service sucks! I went in there to get a new phone & the fat dyke who claimed to be “manager” had an attitude from the beginning. She kept raising the prices & when I settled for the cheapest phone available she then told me they were out of them and tried to sell me a more expensive one. Every time she set a price she kept adding fees making every thing super expensive, I went to a different metro where I got not only a new phone , but WiFi for my car for less than she was trying to charge me.
