A few days ago I went into this store needing help with my Sprint account. A lovely lady named Chelsea helped me. She was so friendly and helpful.

I just wanna say that this place is fantastic. The people there were really nice and very helpful. I was new to the whole phone plan thing but they helped me out big time. I would definitely recommend sprint. My fiancé has sprint and loves it too, he’s the one who got me to go with sprint and so far I’m not complaining. My phone is super fast and worked perfectly fine when I’m wooded areas. 100/100ud83dudc4dud83cudffb

Amazing staff, very clean store. They answered all of my questions and even helped me get approved for a much better phone than what I thought I could’ve gotten. Awesome experience!

Such a great customer service team. They restored our faith in Sprint/ T-Mobile.

This store has had four or five managers along with new staff members in the last two years. Each time I go into the store, the experience is different. Some are excellent; others are barely competent. This last visit is the last visit. I will drive an hour to go to another store.
