I would give zero stars if I could. I was released from hospital, given prescriptions for major pain management, they denied me because they claimed insurance company denied claim due to technicality, called insurance and after extensive search, stated request for prescription was never sent by pharmacy to begin with... obviously a technical issue on their end but pharmacy was rude, unhelpful and unwilling to resolve issue. CVS was more than happy to fill my meds (way nicer about it too)- Lost my business for good due to unnecessary pain, lack of consideration and basic manners.
Always FriendlynnPeople need to consider the number of people they see a day and issues they have to deal with one on one with each customer. Always found them to be mostly pleasant and tired (later in the day). Would highly recommend. Drop off scripts first and then shop. ud83dude0e
