We transported our car from New York to Texas and we had a middle man contact transporters for us. Red diamond is who we ended up with and they were much better than the other three companies we spoke to in terms of communication. Very clear speech, very professional, and very polite. We have moved twice now and red diamond was the best we talked to out of probably 10 different transporting companies.nFor the employee who took and delivered the car he did a great job. Due to miss communication we had left the car in an unreachable spot and the employee bent over backwards to get it and I am very thankful for that. He took a bad situation and fixed it while we were 3 hours away. If all employees are like this one then red diamond has nothing to worry about.nCar was delivered in good condition and on time, very good company.
