Always wonderful to work with. We get our mulch every year from Sullivan’s, they have great prices and are always friendly.
Called to schedule a delivery of stone. We were able to get the delivery within a couple days. When the driver arrived he informed me he could not dump it in my backyard like I wanted. He explained that he couldn't drive on the yard because the weight of the truck could possibly rut up our yard and their company didn't want to take that chance. There customer service was top notch!
Scheduled a mower pick up and service for my husband. Service was upfront about lead time and made pick up and delivery a breeze. Very happy and will be back next year for our yearly tune up.
Bought my husband a new Zero Turn. The salesman was helpful and made sure I got everything that he would need!
Our community contracted with Sullivan’s Landscaping for over 80 trees to be PROFESSIONALLY planted. More than half the trees are dead and they do not guarantee their work or goods. They take your money quick enough but no further service. They have been contacted by the Board with no reply. Save your money. Lowe’s and Home Depot guarantee their goods. So much for a family operation.
