I thought I found what I was finally looking for in DC and was super excited about it but unfortunately, that was not the case. I haven’t even received a service from this place as their customer service was terrible. I had inquired to them with a question and proceeded to be helpful initially and promised to get back to me. They never did. I followed up about 2-3 times and my inquiries were ignored. (Time stamps don’t lie) I don’t think I’d want to go to a place that treats their customers like that anyways.nnEDIT: In response to your comment, Laveda, the fact that you responded here the next morning before responding to either of my simple follow ups the past couple weeks says what I need to know about the company and how you treat and value your customers.
I was extremely satisfied with my first time visit. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left everyone was very welcoming the environment was relaxing and the staff was just extremely professional and kind. I love my eye lashes and how gorgeous they look. My technician was extremely careful and meticulously amazing. I recommend this place to everyone.
I love Laveda Lash’s staff. My first impression was the phone call I had with a man. I love that he took the time and initiative to explain the whole microblading process, answer all my questions, and more! It was a lasting impression, so I booked an appointment online for my mom to get her eyebrows microbladed. The technician (forgot her name, but she’s from Mongolia) was very kind, and I appreciated the attention to detail. We were going back and forth with the shape, so she handed me the pencil and I actually shaped my mom’s brows! We were talking beforehand about how they liked my makeup for my eyebrows, so I think she could sense that I knew exactly what I wanted for my mom which was true. She was very patient and talented. My mom was very happy with the outcome! I booked another appointment and made a mistake with the time, easy fix! Great service.
The nail salon is lovely, comfortable, and spotless. The service is outstanding. The ambiance is calming. Prices are a little higher than most nail salons, but it's worth it for the care and quality.
Everyone here was so hospitable and really care about the work they do. I had the best pedicure I’ve ever had and will certainly make this my go to spot. Thank you guys!
