Andre Chreky, the salon spa

I love Andre Chreky The Salon Spa. My husband and I have been going there for over 15 years and the team there always treat us with love and make us feel like family. André is an excellent stylist - I’ve received compliments for my cut all over the world - and Brigitte is one of the best makeup artists I’ve been to if not the best. Carla, Nancy and Linda are amazing colorists and they always do a great job with my hair - also get tons of compliments on my color. Rina does a great blow dry. Serena and Winnie are excellent with customer service and the team that takes care of hair treatments is also great. They have a real passion for their work and they care about their clients. During this pandemic I’ve missed them and my hair has DEFINITELY missed them.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my highlights and color. Andre and his team are the best in town!

I had the worst experience ever today and believe it or not it’s my birthday. I had an appointment with Reema at 12:15 for a haircut and a blow dry . I arrived on time, someone shampooed my hair. Then Nancy gave me a trim waiting for Reema to start my blow dry . Nancy started blow drying my hair while Reema was blow drying another lady’s hair. Nancy mentioned that she will do the first round and Reema will come and finish my blow dry. I waited patiently, Reema finished with the first client, jumped to the second, third and fourth one . Nancy didn’t know how to roll my hair at the end so she asked Reema to do it . Reema continued her job and didn’t pay attention to me at all. I left and nobody said anything . When I went to the cash register I was told to pay $80 +conditioning . I told them that I didn’t get any conditioning, she went and verified it with the shampoo girl and came and apologized that they had another client with the same name as me . Then she told me to pay $80 which I thought it was unbelievable since she can see in front of her eyes that I was leaving with my hair unfinished . She told me that hair salons are like medical offices and that the schedule changes, I thought it was ridiculous. I work at a dentalnOffice and we never let the patient wait more that 10, 15 minutes max , also we never change the provider without the patient’s agreement .nI will never be back to this salon . Discrimination it it’s bad image unfortunately .nnThe worst

It was a good experience, I would say be aware on some of the upselling. Lovely pedicure and manicure though.

My wife and I have been coming here for 20+ years and absolutely love the experience. They offer an incredibly wide range of services, with a fabulously talented staff. They can definitely make you look your best for your special event or just every day affairs!
