Have been to many different cryotherapy studios and this is by far the best and most effective. I swear by cryo; from my mood to sleep.nnHad not used cryotherapy for an injury before but recently sprained my ankle, and it made all the difference in the world. After just three minutes in the chamber, the pain was gone for the day. After three visits the swelling noticeably subsided and bruise even disappeared.nnWorth every penny, and appreciate the professionalism and expertise Chu and Chris have as cryotherapists.

The people here are ver professional and awesome. The place is super clean. Every time I’ve been there (3 times now) I’ve had a good experience. Definitely go check it out.

Chu, Mary and staff are great people. They get you in and out quickly. Cryo is one of the best additions to the health and wellness world and truly a game changer. I come here often and will continue to.

The location is great and the inside is clean. New clients are not given the same level of service as the regulars.
