Great staff! They were so helpful and took time to show me the process as well as show me to my storage space. The storage space is clean and it feels very secure. I completed the entire process online, which made it even easier at the location. I would highly recommend them.

Prices are too high

I used them for short term storage so the one-month free promo really saved me. The check in process was also smooth online with my lock and things neatly placed in the unit waiting for me: tip sign your lease on the day you want your recurring payment. So talk about contact-free, they're on their game.nnThere aren't too many carts but it didn't slow me down too much. Also didn't find myself waiting too long for the elevator. The check out was also very smooth for me.nnShout out to Desmond and India in the office who are responsible for the great service!!

My monthly price increased from $90-something to $190 within 18 months. It’s like they were driving me out, and I was a good renter. No thanks.
