Wilson's Carpet One Floor & Home

I had them install some carpet in a house I'm selling and the process went smoothly. They drove out to my property quickly and gave me a quote knowing I was trying to save money where I can, either it be remnant or purchase new carpet. They installed the carpet again, rather quickly and everyone was nice and friendly along the way.

You only realize how great a company is when you have a problem that needs to be corrected. Wilson's Carpet One installed close to 3000 square feet of carpet in my home about 18 months ago.nI was pleased with their selection , their sales and customer service, and the overall friendly attitude of their entire staff especially Marcia.nWithin a few weeks of ordering my carpet, the installers were out of the house led by young man named Junior... he was professional, courteous , and above all , meticulous with his seaming and installation. The crew did such a great job of clean up at my home, it actually looked like it was brand new.nHOWEVER:nABOUT A YEAR AFTER I GOT THE CARPET, IT STARTED TO LOOK EXTREMELY WORN AND I WAS GETTING READY TO PUT MY HOUSE ON THE MARKET!!!nI emailed Carpet One and the owners, Cindy and Larry, had an inspector out to my house within 2 weeks. Without batting an eye, they arranged to have the entire upstairs of my home recarpetted !!nThe same crew came out to the house once again led by Junior and they did an absolutely gorgeous job.nnYou can't go wrong using Wilson's carpet one. Nice thanks to Larry, Cindy, Marsha and the entire installation crew.
