The day before delivery I got a call that one of the dressers I ordered was defective, but they were calling to tell my they were putting in an exchange order and I could use the defective dresser until I get the new one. That's awesome customer service! I bought two bedroom sets and was looking for strong furniture as my husband and daughter tend to play aggressively. I was super pleased when the furniture came; there is no way they're breaking steel. I look forward to my future furniture purchases as everything is so well crafted.
Spent 3 hours here going over all of the different couch and fabric options. We loved being helped by Connie Bressman, who was so patient and attentive. She helped my boyfriend and I find the perfect couch for us- the Linger. She helped us find which couch fit our place and which fabric met our needs. She even helped us look at rugs that would look nice with the couch. She was so patient and kind. We put the order in for the couch right after getting home because we were so sure it was right for us. We are looking forward to getting our couch!
Love this company! Might want to also look at Little Homestead furniture in Rockville Maryland. It is a much smaller family owned store that has some great American wood furniture.
This place is so clean and their furniture is amazing but of course pricy. The only furniture that I didn’t like was their beds. The rest beautiful
