While we have not yet received our furniture, our experience shopping in the store was very pleasant. The employee who helped us made sure we knew which couches we were looking at in the store and how similar they were to the ones they didn't happen to have on hand. I'm glad the company is taking precautions to ensure the safety of their employees by limiting the number of people in the store.
I was happy to hear of a DC showroom after seeing ads on social media. The associate was helpful and friendly. The set up was simple yet chic. I plan to purchase soon.
Do Not Buy Furniture from JoyBird. I purchased an Eliot sectional 3 years ago. Almost immediately, I noticed the fabric starting to pill. Then, appx a year in, the tufted buttons started popping off. I contacted JoyBird and found out my sofa is still under warranty. Great! They emailed that a service tech would contact me within 10 days. That was 4 weeks ago. No one has contacted me and now JoyBird is not responding to my emails. For such an expensive sofa, it is not only incredibly poor quality (it's so light, you can't lead against it), but also their customer service is terrible. Buyer Beware.

It’s been 3 months and I still haven’t received the hardware to assemble the dining table I ordered. It has been sitting in pieces for all this time. All requests to customer service were met with responses that the hardware will arrive eventually and it never did. Go ahead and order from them if you want to waste your hard-earned money for a terrible customer service experience and poor quality furniture.
