I have emailed the Cosul and got a reply message with a phone number to call. It took several attempts to reach to someone on a phone. The Consul sounded respectful and answered all my questions what i am very thankful for. And those who say the phone number does not work, just keep trying to call The Embassy through the day.

It took me no more than 30 seconds to be connected with the officer. He was very brief and succinct. Thanks

The worst costumer service ever! The council is very rude person! He did not even listen to my request and just said whatever and hung up on me! They need to change the council for sure!
