I have been calling this embassy for many years now since living in America. It seems as though its the same unhelpful person who answers the phone. Her only advise is to go on the website. If she is only an operator then please have her direct the call to someone who can provide more information. Terrible phone etiquette also...some training might help.
Very unresponsive for weeks. Kept getting a voicemail and leaving message per instructions and no response. Finally got to talk to someone who said I just have to let my minors passport expire since they have not changed any processes to mail minor passorts during the pandemic.
These people never answer the phone. Can't believe I still haven't received my passport.

I'm disgusted with the service I got from a simple phone call I made to inquire about passport information. The woman who spoke to me was rude and unprofessional. I couldn't even finished my questions or conversation without being cut of and still didn't get the correct information. Everyone can be replaced their is no such thing as a secured job. I'm not going to dress nothing up for your unprofessional service. I'm not your Buddy or your friend so I wouldn't. Is is time to train your staff. We the public no longer tolerant rudeness. Come up to the 21st century.
