Went there last month for my and my son’s passport renewal. The system was very simple and fast. The employees were very courteous, accommodating, and very considerate. We got our new paspports in just 3 weeks. Thank you very much!!!

I have been trying several times to schedule my passport renewal but the qless website is always full. I have tried even waiting for 12:01 after midnight because it is a new date but it still says the same thing. I have tried every 10 minutes since 9am as well but still nothing. My passport is expiring soon. I drove 4 hours and booked a hotel just to personally get to the embassy and have someone help me book an appointment but I was told just to try online. I asked if I can wait if there is a cancellation on that day but she said I am not allowed to wait so I went home feeling defeated. They should improve their online system or at least extend it to a 90 days in advance so we can book our appointments. If I can give them negative star I would. :(

I live in Washington DC and there is a Philippine embassy in northwest Washington DC. I have requested, emailed the Philippine embassy but I usually get a generated response when all I needed was for them to respond to my particular issue. They do not have to direct me to their websites because I already know that. Since October 21, 2020, when they emailed me that they were going to mail back my papers; well until now, Nov 23, I have not received my original birth certificate ( which they did not honor), my 4x4 photos, and my money order $50. I mailed a self addressed stamped envelope on November 5, 2020 so they could return my papers. I do not have them yet. Attention : Joey Macatula. Now, I have a new birth certificate from NSO which I requested but I am having second thoughts of mailing it. It is not my first time to go through this experience. I also had an issue 2-3 years ago.

This is in reference to the consular office only. I have dealt with many embassies and I can say that this one of the best ones that I've worked with. They are technically advanced, they respond to people and answer the phone. They even added services inside to help you. When you have something wrong, they don't simply kick you out, they make an honest effort to help you. Salamat po!
