they do not answer the phone. AT ALL. I called twice, it said it would connect me to an agent, I was on hold for a while, then it sent me to the voicemail box which is full, so you can't leave a message, and then it disconnects the call. I wish there was a local one in my hometown because if so, I'd just show up in person.

Its been 2 years and I'm still waiting for an answer for a problem I had , I was constantly emailing the person and would never respond. When I would call , another person would answer and was in a rush all the time and I couldn't even talk because he would hang up the phone so fast.. disrespectful people ud83dude12....
