The staff is courteous and friendly. They are willing and able to converse in whichever language you prefer, be it English, Dutch or French.nTheir graciousness is just a foretaste of how the tourists will be received upon their visit to the country, especially Ghent.nI have to share my bias, as I am an expat but I felt home.

Large, boxy embassy of no architectural note but great interior decor with lovely giant 19th century tapestry, with an attentive professional staff who are obviously very proud of their country promoting it at every turns and is what makes this place stands out among their neighbors. It's one of my favorite embassies to visit in DC, well deserved five stars!
