I am impressed with the customer service received over the phone to check on the status of my order . I was equally impressed by the store atmosphere and product . I lovve my self portrait . I will be purchasing more as well as recommending people to this location. great job Walgreens + associates!

Hello. I just wanted to let you know that this has been the WORST experience with Walgreens Photo I've ever had. I've gotten poster boards printed with Walgreens before and never had any issues. This time was just terrible from beginning to end. I put in my initial order on 11/12/18 for next day pickup. It was supposed to be ready on 11/13/18 after 8:45am. I had to call around 11:30 (3hours after the quoted time) to check on my order just to be told it would be another hour. I had to go to work so said I would get it the next day and was told it would be ready. I called again on 11/14/18 to check and was put on hold for 15min so had to call back. After waiting even more was told the printer was broken and my order wouldn't be ready for TWO WEEKS!! This was a next day pickup order that I had checked on and was told would be done. I asked for my order to be sent to another location and was told I had to call Walgreens Photos, which I did. The person I spoke to said he transferred the order but refused to send me a confirmation email (seemed weird) and said I'd have to call the actual store to make sure they received the order. I waited about 20min and called the store. They said they have no record of a transferred order. I called Walgreens Photos and the person I spoke to this time also assured me that the order was transferred to the store I specified. I waited another 20min and called the store AGAIN and was told AGAIN that they did not have an order. I ended up having to put in a whole new order. I was told the order would be ready after 2:15PM today 11/14/18. I called around 2PM and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I got to the store around 2:30PM and the employee at the photo center tells me my order HASN'T EVEN BEEN STARTED YET. I ended up having to wait at the store for my order to be printed after I was told multiple times that it would be ready. Needless to say I'm extremely frustrated with this entire ordeal. The customer service has been terrible and it's just abhorrent how multiple Walgreens employees blatantly lied to me about my order being ready. To make matters WORSE, I received an email from some random Walgreens in MINNESOTA saying my order was ready. I live in Washington DC. This tells me my order was INCORRECTLY transferred after I told two different people the address of the Walgreens I needed the order transferred to and THEY CONFIRMED IT. What kind of incompetence was this?? My biggest concern is that I will be charged for the order that was sent to Minnesota. You have my card on file. I DO NOT WANT TO BE CHARGED. I did not transfer the order to MINNESOTA. That was a mistake on the part of people incapable of doing their jobs correctly. I already had to put in a new order myself and paid for it (which I think I should be refunded for considering the horrible service). Again, I do not want to be charged TWICE for Walgreens Photos incompetence. Please make sure that does not happen. This has been the most frustrating process and the WORST service I've had to deal with ever. If zero stars was an option, that's what I would leave.
