Total Audio Visual Systems, Inc

We have used Total-AV.com in the past and were satisfied. So much so that we paid them in full for an event in the spring of 2020.  Per their policy we provided them with notice that the event needed to be canceled and requested a refund.  The Total AV representative did not respond in a timely fashion. When they did (post shutdown) the refund was deferred monthly. I suggest you carefully review the posted policy and hold them accountable beforehand. We are now very dissatisfied.
