I visited on October 5 and received the best customer service EVER when I came in looking for a folding cart to haul my groceries. I walked in with my arms fully loaded and in desperate need of a cart after a bank-account-draining trip to Target. The BB&B staff immediately engaged with me, helped me pick the right folding cart, brought it up to the register, and assembled the cart right then and there so I could load my groceries and walk home without giving myself a hernia.nnThank you BB&B staff, you made my day. Unfortunately, I didn't get staff names to give them a shoutout here, but I'll 100% be back to visit with customer service like that.
Customer service is great, but I've never understood the prices at BBB. Cute stuff, but it might be a trap.
Excellent customer service , Niko was awesome !!! She is always sonpatient with the customers , she really makesnyou feel comfortable when you have a question . I had my phone coupons and could barely see them , she explained how they worked and took the time to care.
Amazing customer service. Had a great experience with Alex helping me get a bunch of things for my new apartment. Highly recommend!!
