During my experience here, my counselor, Ms. Jones did excellent job assisting us. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Her demeanor and processes were very comforting to us during this difficult time. The conference room that we were placed in was very warm and neat with several windows which is exactly what our spirit needed. I would definitely recommend their services to someone else who experience the same loss and trauma that we did, therefore needing to execute arrangements of this nature.

From the first time I called to get information about a burial service, the person who answered had a sweet warming voice. Michelle Fenton has gone above and beyond with helping my family and I during this tragic loss of my first nephew. It's always hard when you lose a love one, even more when it's a child. Michelle has been very supportive, caring and professional through this difficult loss. She made sure the burial service was beautiful.

I just want to compliment Fort Lincoln for the wonderful way the grounds are kept. On my visit yesterday after the first year of my moms death I just was so amazed of how the grounds were so perfect for every marker had been cleared of grass that grows around. I’ve been coming to this cemetery since 1978 when my first son was buried here. The grounds were always nice but I have to say this time was just so looking like a ball field the grass was cut to perfection. I also want to mention that a year ago Jeanette helped me with my moms buriel. I have never had a person that really made me feel like she was my family. She just took her time to make sure all things went well introduced herself to my family and we were just so happy with all her help. Everyone at Fort Lincoln I feel goes the extra mile to help a family when they are at there darkest days. I truly thank them all .nLinda Dulski

The funeral service and arrangements for my mom was done by Fort Lincoln Funeral Home. The entire experience was very satisfying. My mom looked great, the staff was very compassionate, patient and attentive. They are not just there for the deceased, they focus on providing the upmost support for the family of the deceased. I must admit that I rarely write reviews unless I've had a bad experience somewhere. But I thought I needed to take a moment to acknowledge the superior service that I received from Brandon Hickson-Hamilton and Stephanie Benbow at Ft. Lincoln Cemetery. I was especially impressed with the level of care and professionalism that they both showed during a very difficult time. I miss my husband terribly, but I am comforted knowing that his remains are in the care of Ft. Lincoln and their very professional staff. Brandon and Stephanie are to be commended for a job well-done. I will gladly refer their services to anyone else in need. Thank you both.
