Most people probably just stumble upon this gravesite after visiting President Kennedy's, unaware that it exists here. We're one of those people. Their other brother Ted's gravesite is also only just meters away.
A powerful reminder of a life cut short, and a testament to the hope he provided.
(November 20, 1925 – June 6, 1968) was an American politician and lawyer who served as a United States Senator for New York from January 1965 until his assassination in June 1968. He was previously the 64th U.S. Attorney General from January 1961 to September 1964, serving under his older brother President John F. Kennedy and his successor, Lyndon B. Johnson. Kennedy was a member of the Democratic Party and is seen as an icon of modern American liberalism.
Almost missed the RFK grave as it is off to the side of the main JFK gravesite. Glad to pay respect to these people who helped shape our nation and have their lives in the process.
God bless this man, I wish people wouldn’t throw coins on his memorial. If you didn’t bring anything for his memory don’t toss a coin on it, to me it’s disrespect and I wouldn’t want that for me or my family.
