I went to the Dunkin’ Location on G Street in Washington, DC this morning to get a matcha latte and as I’m drinking, I felt something hit my lip, which was more than a little weird. So I opened the lid and there was a fly inside. I had already drank like half of this fly-contaminated drink. I could have swallowed it. I am beyond grossed out. I threw up after seeing it and knowing I drank God-knows-what germs. Seriously, are you kidding me?nnI emailed Dunkin’ customer service, their response?nn“ Thank you for taking the time to contact us about your experience at the Dunkin' restaurant in Washington, DC. We take matters like this seriously and will alert the independent franchise owner and our field operations team to let them know what happened. I have requested that the franchisee reach out to you to learn more about your experience and to try to address the situation.nnWe have very high standards for guest satisfaction and I am sorry that the restaurant let you down. I hope you’ll give Dunkin' another chance and come back again soon.nnThanks again for taking time out of your day to let us know.”nnHave I heard from the store itself? No, no I have not

Stopped in on a Monday I think. Prices were fair for the quality of the food.

I stop here on my break several times a week. Usually decent service unless getting a coffee beverage that isn't precisely on the menu. They try to pressure customers to allow them to add cream and sugar because they don't have it available to guests.nnMore than once a week they are out of croissants and bagels and donuts(?!). Regularly sold out of eggs as well. Today they were out everything except coffee and munchkins and I'm trying to figure out why the manager cannot keep the establishment adequately stocked.
