I placed an order for delivery for the yoniverse tea and a bottle of tonic from Calabash. I received my order within two days, which I truly appreciated. However,when I opened the packageI noticed the tonic had spilled in the package. The tonic did not have the plastic shrink band around it, so almost half of it had spilled. I immediately emailed the company and have yet to receive a response. I am disapppointed by the lack of customer service regarding online orders. I presume that this is a large portion of their business due to the current climate; therefore addressing packaging issues and customer conerns is vital.
This is one of my favorite tea/coffee places and I can’t wait until they reopen. I buy from them online nowadays and they have great prices for tea online!

A bustling, hip, energetic space filled with eclectic local art. A fun place to take a friend or hang out alone. There’s an expansive menu of blended teas, and the staff will ask you how you’re feeling and give recommendations accordingly. I tried the all night long tea and really enjoyed it - very refreshing! I appreciated that the blends are available for purchase and that you can smell them from sample jars. The tea is all loose leaf but is bagged for you, which is nice as you can steep for however long you’d like.
