I came in and ordered (or TRIED TO ORDER) an iced coffee with oatmilk. He misheard me, so I repeat my order. So I clarify can I use a coupon WITH my dunkin membership and he just nods and tells me to scan my card. I did, but he ended up charging me for TWO drinks. That's not what I wanted. ALSO THE DRINKS WERE WRONG TOO. So I ask for a refund on my card, he says no can do. The manager walks over and tells me I cannot get a refund even though I haven't gotten my drink? At this point she says that I already paid and she's basically screaming at me telling me that the money cannot go back into my dunkin card. She was so RUDE and unprofessional I can't even bare. How do you work in customer service and treat people like that?? like what???nnDefinitely never coming to this location. Employees are rude and careless and overall very negative.

Horrible service! Maria S. is extremely rude and unprofessional. Some employees there barely understand English. They will mess your order up, then some how try to blame it on you and won’t correct your order.

Careless, careless, careless. The people here don't seem to look too closely at the orders, so mistakes are frequent. This morning I had to basically hold their hand and make them read all the words in the order TWICE before they got my drink right. It seems like they keep up okay when it's busy in the morning (if accuracy is not considered), but they slow right down as business slows in the afternoon.
