Buttercream Bakeshop

I ordered a Best of Buttercream Box back in August. Just catching up with my review now. Quarantine inspired me to try a lot of local businesses and discovering pastry boxes was a fun twist on ordering takeout.nnButtercream's Best of box is offered every few weeks in advance online and you don't know what's in it until a day or two before pick-up. You know there will be 6-7 pieces and it costs $37. Check out my photos to see what I got.nnAll of the pastries I got were high quality, rich, and delicious. For me, however, they were too sweet. I split each piece with my Mom and I still couldn't finish any of them in one sitting. I would have preferred a lighter touch. I think other people would be completely in heaven, though.nnThe ordering and pick up process is super quick and I loved that the chef actually handed me my box with some tips on storing.

Ordered my dream birthday cake from Buttercream. I’m not exaggerating when I say that it was the best cake I’ve ever had. It was SO beautiful AND yummy!!! I can not recommend them enough. Can’t wait to order future cakes from you guys :)

First, the customer service was really good. I was running late for my pick up and it was not a problem, the girl I spoke with was very nice. The cupcakes were beautifully presented and tasted great. I ordered the gluten free elderflower lemon cupcakes with blackberry jam. My boyfriend has an allergy, so we've been on the hunt for really good gluten free cupcakes. These were light, fluffy and moist. Will shop there again for our pastry needs!

A great bakery. The staff is nice and knowledgeable. You can dine in or carryout. They take orders for items too. Their key lime bar is great. They have mastered the balance between sweetness and tartness. Definitely worth a visit.
