On a Sunday and was busy but sold brother a nice lift recliner that made him happy because his old one broke. Didn't have to wait for shipping since he got the floor model same day. Shipping is to expensive ($100) from Searcy to Kensett. But I'm not an expert on shipping costs these days. Very friendly staff on hand. Will return.
