When I finally had the money to make my payment on my accounts and turn it to monthly, I called and was told by Tiffany they can't re rent to me. Three days before that when Ryan the account manager came to get my stuff, he told me and my husband once I made the payment they would deliver everything back out. I HAD THE MONEY PEOPLE! Tiffany answered the phone and was the one who told me no. Ryan, account manager, told me different. Get on the same page and communicate on what the higher person, account manager, is telling the customers! I loved my products and would like to continue with them.

Ryan and Jeremiah were very nice and helpful when they swapped out my washer for a loaner. They helped me understand what may be wrong with it and were just an overall joy to have in my home. Thanks so much guys!!

When I got my radio it was ok but now it rent to sh** they can't get anything in line they can't communicate with each other so I had several of them calling me one minute its we have to pick up the bed then it well I'll call you back to see what we can do then its them calling again to say they cant wait a week for me to pay the one that's due plus that bill so they have to get the bed well thats what I told y'all to do in the first place
