Caleb and Samuel are the best guys around. Helped fix a SIM card issue right around closing time. Very respectful and the customer service was a 11/10.

J.R, Brittany, and Nicole took care of us while we were there and it was the greatest experience I’ve ever had while buying a new phone. They are very knowledgeable not only about the phones they sell but also about each and every product. And don’t worry they will take care of you when it comes to getting all the new accessories you want! And they train their new employees very well, Nicole did an awesome job! Brittany and Nicole stayed late just to make sure our devices were set up correctly! Best customer service around! I would definitely recommend Switching to sprint in general but specifically this store. We live about 30 miles but we will make the drive whenever we need to go to the sprint store! Thank all of y’all, you guys were awesome! We are definitely enjoying our new 11 pro Max’s!

Great service! Knowledgeable of TMobile devices on Sprint plan. Went above and beyond to help resolve some issues I was having with my new phone.

Samuel was our salesman and he is the most knowledgeable, customer friendly person we have ever met. He went over everything and made sure we were comfortable with our purchase before we left. He also fixed and explained another item we purchased from Sprint two years ago we hadn’t been able to use. We will never go to another store or have another specialist to help us. Customer service is over and beyond what is expected. Thank you we will recommend you all

I had the best experience at the sprint in Searcy. Nicole was positively friendly and helpful. J.R the manager is very accommodating and very kind. Hope they both stay there for along time. Will definitely go back for any sprint issues or needs. Thank you guys for being awesome. We appreciate you both very much and recommend them to anyone who goes there.
