Worse alarm company they will get you some how don't use them look for better company and cheapernIf you want to leave them they will hammer you with there lawyer dont sign nothing with them you will be sorry

Service was fine until it was time to cancel as my contract ended. Multiple times, trying the call the office and talk to a person and if someone even answered the phone usually ended up with them claiming no knowledge of anything. Even made arrangements for them to come get their equipment which took several attempts for them to get it. Even though, verbal and written cancellation has been made and they did in fact come and get their equipment, they refuse to cancel the service and continue to bill me. For 2 weeks continued to get harassed by the monitoring service even though the alarm equipment has been removed off site and returned per contract. If you attempt to cancel per terms of the contract it seems that they attempt to punish you. You have been warned. There are much better alternatives out there.
