My friends were broken into and AAA never told anybody! They found out when they went to get things from they're storage after 6 months! And everyone had talked to them on the phone monthly & were paid up to date!!
My experience was wonderful. Cheap rate for large space and the office manager is a flexible guy. I had an overall great experience in dealing with my billing and unit.
This place was supposed to auto draft my monthly payment. Yet they let it lapse to where they could keep my property. Sent their certified letter regarding their auction to my old address where I wouldn't receive it. And kept everything I own, including my deceased parents pictures, my important personal documents, along with heirlooms n everything I owned, without even sending proper notice to right address. But had the audacity to mail the letter 2 days after they took my things to proper address!nThese people are shady thieves. They're obviously selling drugs out of an RV in back of their facility.nI don't recommend anyone considering storage to go here!
Like other customers, I never got a receipt when I sent a check. I would have to send copies of my checks to prove I had paid. I changed address and they knew it because they sent my bills to my old address. They sent a notice that they were going to auction my stuff even though I was current. They accepted my payment and sold it anyway. ALWAYS report fraud and theft to your State District Attorney! That is what they are there for. It is the only way to keep Storage Facilities from stealing your stuff!
Do not use this storage company. Terrible service, very unprofessional. We are supposed to receive quarterly invoices and we never receive them. Now they are planning to sell our stuff in an auction without giving us the opportunity to pay. When I tried to explain we never received the invoice and that we should not be receiving the lien notice the owner hung up on me.
