Lowes is always a go to for anything i need around the house
They are a tad on the pricey side, but always have what I need.
We bought a whirlpool top load clothes washer. We really like the clothes washer. Justin and Jonathan were awesome. They answered all of our questions and were very courteous. I would highly recommend using this Lowe’s store.
Employee presence has improved a lot. Many employees asked me if I needed help. One young woman walked with me to find the item I was looking for in another department! The bathroom seemed sanitary with the scent of disinfectant still in the air.
I say this in all honesty, you will get better service and better quality of customer care at Lowe's on Zion in Fayetteville Arkansas as opposed to MLK. They don't seem to really care much about contractors or the money we've given them over the years when it comes to doing business. They also don't make it very easy on a customer buying a new item from the sales floor. I literally had to load my own stove on a flat cart I had to get from the lumber area myself and carry my new stove to my truck and load it myself. I don't think that's how it should work had a place like this. Completely unacceptable for a disabled veteran like myself. After my father and myself have given you countless thousands of dollars over the years, I couldn't be more disappointed in the service that I've received from the MLK Lowe's. It's not my fault you're closer now. Maybe you can work on some of those things and also work on quality of customer care.
