We are very happy with the quality of our dining table and chairs. It’s becoming increasingly difficult to find quality furniture these days. It’s handmade and it shows (in a good way), there was still a little saw dust on the table when it arrived and the materials and finish are really high quality as well. This thing will last for a long, long time. It’s sturdy and heavy and looks great! Worth the reasonable price! Customer service was fantastic, shipping was timely with very clearly communicated. They even mark the top in way that’s ensures you are aligning it with the base perfectly when attaching them. Nice touch.

My experience with James and James was incredible. From shopping their showroom, which provided good visualizations of colors, wood material and styles for me to build my perfect kitchen table. I made a decision ordered and waited. Once the items were done I received a call from the delivery team confirming drop off that day. The 2 associates that dropped off my new set were awesome, very friendly and aware as they were moving the product in and putting it into place. The guy who made my table was one of them! Which was really cool. They capped off an amazing experience and I’m extremely happy with my product.

You don’t get this quality service or products from a chain store. From start to finish James + James was a pleasure to work with. From the beginning Christina was amazing at answering any and all questions we had, the purchasing process was easy, and we were able to find a delivery date very close to when we ordered, so from start to finish it took 2 weeks! The delivery guys Will and Jared called and were early which was great! No waiting around for a crazy delivery window. They both were very polite and professional and got the table set up and in place in just a couple minutes. The table is absolutely beautiful!! The craftsmanship is gorgeous and very high quality. I can’t wait for our kitchen remodel to be finished so we can see everything together. Thank you so much for everything!

We found the perfect dining table at James+James after weeks of searching! The customization options are plentiful and the craftsmanship is superb. We received our table quickly for a custom order. Emilie and Christina were so helpful in the purchasing process. Jared and Kollyn were prompt and friendly with delivery + assembly and took care not to bump anything in the process. We will definitely consider James+James first for any future furniture needs.

I have two pieces from them. I bought a kitchen table 3 1/2 years ago and it has held up very well, especially for being used every night. I recently purchased a beautiful coffee table. Service is great. They are very responsive. The delivery came on the early side of the delivery window and everyone has been super friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.
