Honestly excellent service all the way around. Customer service in the store was top notch and calling in is amazing. Its nice to actually talk to a customer service rep over the phone that can help you with out betting transferred numerous times (and the 2 hour calls like ATT). Ask for Stephanie!

Great service and always there to help you

The customer service is by far the best I've experienced. Unlike other phone companies, where they act like zombies or in need of a Red Bull. T-Mobile is never like that. Always up with a smile and great attitude. My only concern is parking, but that shouldn't be the reason to remove stars. Employees have no control of that. Overall, it's the best place to either get a phone, pay a bill, or have a conversation.
