Horrible. I’ve been using this pharmacy for 2 years and it’s the worst pharmacy in NWA. Terribly inefficient. Never ever ever use the line farthest from the building. Pretty sure they forgot about it completely. Need to talk to someone on the phone? You’ll probably get a brain tumor from radiation exposure before they answer. I would use Walgreens in a heartbeat if they accepted my insurance. I’d rather suffer a migraine than put up with this place.
Slow, inefficient, no dedicated app that would make it easier for me to manage things, and more often than not, they are impolite.
So worried how one person says one thing and then someone else tells you different! I think they need a in house training!
Worse customer service ever. Call ahead to make sure medication is ready to go and still have to wait 30 mins in line. They say person is helping but she is helping other customers.
They are on average really slow. I once waited on the car in front of me in the drive thru for 30 minutes as the pharmacy clerk did not make the car in front circle around as they waited for their script to be filled. Other clerks while not as bad or slow are still pretty slow. I prefer to go to Harps across the street. I will say though that Walmart's pharmacy hours are much better than Harps.
