Damian and their colleague were so passionate and present as they helped a couple of people before me who were complete luddites. Their patience and resilience exceeded what I'm capable of, by far. When it was my turn, they patiently advised me and listened to my questions and gave me great information. Highly recommended.
Metro by tmobile has the best service around here. Friendly staff that try their very best to help and find a solution for their customers!
Incompetent staff that tell you what you want to hear to make sale. Refused to allow return of phone that did not have features I wanted, although they insisted it did. Made excuses for why could not return. Went back twice and called to try to remedy. Come find out phone did not have festures I wanted. Salesperson/manager was arrogant and condescending. Try another store for your own good. Would give no stars if that were option.
Phenomenal customer service. Krystal is one of the most compassionate CSRs I have encountered in a really long time. And she took time to teach me about my phone and itd features
I wouldn't even give one star but had to there phone's are junk and there customer service is junk bought a phone not 90days ago n burnt up already n all metro says is sorry give us another 100dollars n we'll sell ya another junk phone that'll burn up n 90days
