Visiting Block Street is a must whenever I'm in Fayetteville. An eclectic selection of records, from the new releases of each week to carefully curated older classics in good condition. Having a store like this in our area is a great blessing.
They remember me after just a few visits. It seems so small, but it's so danged important. I feel like I'm part of a community when I go here. What great people. Great selection to boot.

It's organized more to encourage patrons to spend time there than to help them find a specific artist. Having said that, the selection seemed reasonably diverse.nnTo be fair, I didn't ask for help. But there are some artists, like alt-J, that are hard to narrow down to a genre. Folktronica? It would be convenient if there were an electronic catalogue so you could look up an artist or album to see if it's in stock and where it might be located.
