UPDATE: Verizon and I talked about my personal experience. I leave my 3 star review for the STORE but I feel Verizon as a whole has my back and the situation will be addressed. I appreciate the fact that the Verizon rep I called in response to my rating listened and showed empathy and respect. Yes, I WILL return to the store but will try to be more communicative with the sale staff. I feel my one visit was an isolated one based on the many other positive reviews!

The best and quickest service I've ever had! From the time that I walked in the door til I left, I felt like I mattered as a customer! Got a new phone and accessories because I am long time customer! Gavin was great and this is my new location!
This store is a rip off. They charge $20 for a free SIM card. No telling what else they over charge. Go to Russell Cellular on MLK instead.
