Like most PFs we've been too, it's nice, clean and laid out well. The staff at this one have always been friendly and have had an overall good experience. The only knock here is that almost any time you come to this location, it's pretty crowded. Social distancing aside, you might be waiting on multifunction cable machines, or especially free weights & benches as they are full. Keep this in mind.

Thank you to all the workers who give their time and experience to help people get motivated into doing more workout routines. What an awesome place for people to work out and not be judge for their body type. It’s a great community and experience for me since I’ve seen results and went down almost 16 pounds since 5 weeks ago. I’m just so pleased to be a part of this gym and I hope a lot of other people feel the same.

Tuesday (the trainer) was amazing she took time (even tho she is injured) explaining the work out equipment to me!!!

All the staff is very friendly and the gym is kept super clean. I struggle with anxiety but your atmosphere and staff make me feel super comfortable.
