First of all Maggie is very sweet and very kind and does a great job. The person answering the phone however needs a little additional training in customer service. I called to let them know my flight back into XNA had been delayed and therefore I wouldn’t be able to get there.nThere is no way I can know this until it happens 24 hours ago. The receptionist was rude stating three times that a 24 hour cancellation notice is needed. I cannot call from a plane and I only found out of the flight delay and called them immediately. If I did not like Maggie I would go elsewhere. Please give your receptionist Katie more customer service training in listening skills.

I made a membership at this place a year ago but due to my mom being sick with cancer I had not been able to come since I was taking care of her. Last month, I came and asked them if they could retain the months I have not used and they told me they would give me a call back. The girl who works there told me they had a similar case and they ended up keeping it for that lady. I had my service there and they did not charge me anything that day. They told me they would call... well... THEY DID NOT CALL. Today, I called and came by to ask about my membership... They said it was suspended! The manager tried to explain what membership means and asked if I wanted to cancel the membership... I understood how membership works but 8 months worth of service that they did not give...and they didn’t even bothered to give me a call? I did not think such a big cooperate would handle this so poorly... Was that such a large amount of money that was worth losing a customer? Really? Lost a customer due to lack of communication and poor judgment!

I got a “halo facial” recently and could not be happier with the results AND customer service. Tyler has such an angelic smile and personality; I immediately felt extremely comfortable and well taken care of by her. As for the treatment: 10/10. I can see a dramatic difference in my skin. I haven’t been this excited since I learned how to speak Braille. Thank you IASMS!!

Highly recommend for any skin, lip, etc treatments. The staff is extremely knowledgeable. They will answer any questions you may have without making you feel like you are talking up their time. They also run amazing 'sales' a lot. Check them out on Facebook and Instagram! ud83dudc97ud83dudc8bnnI do see one negative review and I can't imagine any of their staff not completing a procedure. If anything, they take extra time to make sure that you are satisfied with your results.

I had under eyes filler injection done there did not satisfied with the results so I ask if they can fix it.nAfter they fixed it then they asked me to pay again. We had an argument because u said I won't pay because I already paid for it and the injection was not good. Have an argument for awhile so one of the staff called the boss and got approval that I don't have to pay. The fact that the staff was giving me an attitude and argued with me was not acceptable.nI will go for follow-up one more time after that No more! Expensive and it is bad service!!!nDon’t like it
