Had a great experience. Everything was easy and went smoothly. They arranged for movers to help us load and unload in addition to providing the truck. Movers were professional and did a good job. Much cheaper than other moving companies. I’d use them again!
I loved the experience. They kept in touch and were accommodating. I hired my own movers and things went smoothly. Great for the money. I paid half of what I paid for a moving van.
Everything went very smoothly and the lines of communication were great, making things easy to coordinate. I had great customer service all around and would recommend this process to anyone who wants to make moving easier.
I wish I had read the Moving Staffers reviews earlier! Same awful experience for me! I blame both Moving Staffers AND U-Pack. I hired U-Pack; they connected me with Moving Staffers. I was unhappy with my load-in (in IL) and my load-out (in PA) movers never showed up!!!!! And neither company was terribly upset about any of my complaints! Damaged furniture; boxes left behind at my original destination; no-show, really????? Stay away! Pay more for a van lines moving service. You get what you pay for!!! I’d like to rate ZERO stars!!!!
Made the move simple starting from estimate, move plan, payment, actual move, custom clearance, delivery and pick up container etc. Great service.
