Two Men and a Truck

Hands down the best moving experience I have ever had, and I have had a few. Adrian, Michael and Benjamin were on time, organized and on top of it. I could not have been happier. My friend even commented on how organized, helpful and nice the team was. Office staff the same too. Very good communication. I will definitely use this company again and have already recommended them to others.

Your survey didn't allow me to mention how wonderful Adrian and Michael (Beaverton, Oregon office) were. They were literally the best people ever. Professional, courteous, kind, and had incredible attention to detail. Please pass my gratitude on to them for making my move worry-free. If I had known this would be my experience I wouldn't have lost a month's worth of sleep over how it was all going to happen. I will be using TM&T for my next move and I highly recommend them. Our movers, Adrian and Bryan, far exceeded our expectations and we were thrilled with their work. They are kind, patient, hard working, and professional. These guys did a phenomenal job moving my partner and I. They had the whole move done in just a couple of hours yet were so careful with every item (I am the worlds worst packer of fragiles... glass on glass on glass). They triple wrapped all furniture, protected all door frames, and secured everything very nicely in the truck. They had a ton of extra equipment and moving blankets to make sure everything was covered 110%. Getting the move setup was a breeze and customer service was great.nnI recommend asking for Chauncey and Logan, they were the dream team!! Organized, careful, fast, and great at communicating making sure we were satisfied the whole time! Thanks for taking all the stress off of having to move!

Overall a good experience with a minor speed bump.nnThe quote process was very smooth with fair, upfront pricing. Joshua in the office was amazing to work with and the main reason for my positive review. He was professional every step of the moving process from the initial quote, answering questions a few days before my move, as well as helping resolve the issue during my move.nnMy crew was was two men with one truck for my two bedroom apartment move. My initial thought was the move would take around 3.5 hours given my previous move with the same inventory of items. However, this move took 6.5 hours and wasn't completely finished. I had the movers put the boxes on the main level of my new house because I didn't want to keep paying for additional time. There were many items I would have preferred if they carried up or down the stairs, but time didn't allow. The crew didn't move at the same pace as some of the previous moving companies I've used in the past. However, they were courteous, careful with my items, and asked questions when necessary.nnUpset with the amount of time it took to complete my move, I called Joshua to raise my concern. He handled it professionally and we came to a reasonable compromise. My initial quote was for the move to take between 3-5.5 hours, so we agreed I would only pay for 5.5 hours worth of move time. Joshua initiated the refund to my credit card the same day for the extra hour worth of time I paid for.nnI would use Two Men and a Truck again based upon how professional their customer service was, mainly Joshua in the office.
