I've got to really say I was blown away by how helpful and friendly Jamie was. He got us set up with our unit quick and easy and even affordably. Clean well kept property. Easy terms and rules with a super convenient location nearby a lot of apartments. If your shopping for a unit this is the place to go! And they even have uhual on site so I had a one stop experience!! So thankful!
Lacks parking at lower level. Often busy so sometimes difficult to get a spot to unload or load during daytime hours. Later in the evening typically works better.
I'm super pleased with the whole experience, from booking online to them showing us our storage unit and explaining how everything works. Place is very very clean and easy to navigate, plus very secure. I would say the only downside is that there are three parking spaces and so it gets a bit crowded if there are a lot of people moving stuff in at the same.
Love the storage unit the staff is very nice at least they were to me the units are very clean when you move in.
Jamie, the manager, was so incredibly attentive and helpful. I never thought, of all places, a storage unit would be the place I receive world-class service. But, it was! By far, the best experience I’ve had with a company.
