Wonderful experience at La Z Boy. When entering the store, my temperature was taken so no Corona issues were brought into the store. I was then met by a sales person to assist me in my buying experience. MIKE BERRIOS assisted me and he was wonderful! He is probably the sole reason I bought the day of. I highly recommend you go to Mike at this location. He walked me around the store showing me different sofas and sectionals based off of what I wanted, not what he was trying to push or sale upon me. He understood my needs as a customer and found me the right sectional for the right price. Thank you to Mike and La Z Boy. I receive my sofa on 11-10-20. Very excited!!
Sales associate Mike was amazing! He was super informative with product features and was able to match us with the perfect furniture set. Mike is who you need to ask for when you come into the store he is very personable and not one of those creeper lingering salesman. He made the whole experience painless when it came to payment; he was able to work with us and found what worked best with us. Worth coming in the store vs shopping online.
While the items we were shopping for were not in the show room but we were able to use the in-store online interface to buy bedroom furniture and a kitchen/dining table. The best part, the items were priced right! We also purchased a new mattress. Great service. Great prices.
