I am giving this store 5 stars solely because of Claudia. Claudia was so genuine, and awesome to my family and I visiting from Colorado looking for mattresses. She went above and beyond the first time that we drove back again from Denver to purchase another mattress from her.
Chris is EXTREMELY helpful during my first visit to United furniture. Chris took his time to make sure I was getting the furniture selections with the specifications that I needed exact. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the products and explained the details of the warranty services that ensured my purchase would be covered should I need any care in the future.
We went in with a very specific idea in mind for a color and style of sectional sofa. Chris was able to help us immediately, ordering us one I had seen online but was noted as Temporarily Out of Stock. He made the experience completely smooth, and we were in and out in an hour. We're excited for our new sofa to arrive next month!
Best customer service I received in a long time. Chris took his time and listen to what I was looking for. He also kept me in my budget which was very important to me. Explain all the finance opinion that was available. I love I was able to choose the best one that fit me. Driving the extra 30 minutes was so worth it. If you’re looking to buy something soon make that drive to United and ask for Chris!
