After about a month of trying to find a decent couch online via Facebook Marketplace sellers, thrift stores and big box stores and finding nothing worth buying I came across an add for Big Red'zzz Furniture and Mattress. I saw the good reviews and they lived up and surpassed all expectations I had of them. Got a great deal on a couch with everything we were looking for, and free local shipping. The owner and staff was very helpful and friendly. The only negative thing to say about my whole furniture shopping experience was not going to check them out sooner, do your self a favor and go there for no hassle, good prices, and great service.
Kevin at the Fayetteville store did such a good job showing us all of our options and giving us a heck of a deal! He told my boyfriend and I it was only his second day and we was blown away by his knowledge of all the mattress. We figured out what we loved in a mattress and he pointed us to the perfect one. He did a great job and we give him and the store 5 out of 5 stars and would gladly go back for our next furniture purchase. We would love to work with Kevin again!
The owner was super sweet and friendly and helped us chose out great mattresses for our kids bunk beds and at an affordable price! great customer service and such a great team of people! they got our mattresses delivered same day too!! Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for high quality mattresses at an affordable price!
Store was awesome! Found the perfect mattress and rustic bedroom set. I went to a few places right down the road and these guys were less expensive and had it for same day delivery. I will shop here again.
They were so friendly and helpful at Big Redzz. I got a Everest mattress and it is so comfortable. We found out while we’re there that they also have the items my mother needs for her new apartment like refrigerators. We will definitely return.
